What separates a SUPER PARTY from total disaster?

Three E’s: Emcee, Equipment, Expertise.

1. Be sure to have an EMCEE engage you and your guests and make announcements so that the attendees are encouraged to participate in traditional and unscheduled events. Your EMCEE will keep your event on schedule, and a really good one will keep your guests occupied if the food or the guests of honor are delayed. You can hire an EMCEE or you might have a friend or relative who has a knack for this important duty.

2. You might ask what type of EQUIPMENT will be provided. Even if you are not familiar with the various types of professional DJ brands, you can jot them down look them up later. Be sure to ask if the EQUIPMENT can provide enough volume for the quantity of guests you expect. A great company will have enough wattage and speakers to accommodate the size of your event. Some DJs will provide lights as part of your package or charge a fee.
A SUPER DJ provides a moderate lighting package FREE of charge. Elaborate lighting is available for an additional charge. KARAOKE is also available for an additional fee.

3. Realistically, DJ companies have challenges finding, training and retaining EXPERT DJs. Some DJs are incapable of adequately emceeing the party or providing the correct music for the attendees, so they don’t succeed. Some DJs become so talented that they leave to start their own companies. Be sure to ask if the DJ will be lively and communicate with your guests, and play the types of music you request.
